I couldnвЂ™t believe itвЂ¦you had added a new product called the DreamBox, and it was exactly what I needed. Months later my husband asked me if I had given any more thought about buying one of your products, and I went online to do a little more research. Because we have carpet in the room, I put off making a decision. I was researching options for safe storage when I came across the Workbox (which was close to what I needed). Many of my craft tools are dangerous, so I knew when she was out of a crib I would have to stash everything away when she visits. IвЂ™ve been blessed with a dedicated craft room since our second son left for college (over 10 years ago), but now that we have a granddaughter, my craft room is occasionally used as a guest room for her. Al in all, it's so great to have everything in one place and easily accessibly! I have slowed WAY down on purchasing more art supplies. We figured it out, but after so much time putting it together, we thought we did something wrong.

The instructions we received show the table being folded up and the DreamBox has to fold down to close it. They are a little bit floppy with art supplies in them.

I would rather have metal pegs for the shelving with a way to lock the shelves in place, so I don't have to hold the shelf as I pull out my storage bin. There are a few things that I wish were different. It's a really well thought-out design! And the DreamBox seems to be the next level after all the suggestions of improvements from the Original ScrapBox. I wanted to make it really pretty like all the videos are, but that's not just how I work. I use my DreamBox as a desk for working on my computer and to do art (of course). But once we got to step 10, there was no energy left, so we continued the next night. It took from 7pm-2am to put most of it together. I ordered it in December and it arrived at the end of January? Beginning of Feb? I had my friends come and help (I paid them). I started visual art in Feb of 2018 and it's almost been a year! I purchased so many art supplies that I was bursting at the seams. I would recommend this to my friends, but with the warning that it can be quite difficult and confusing to construct due to the instructions. Table 1 hinges are on the wrong sides of the piece of wood and they are not reversible due to the way they are cut.ДЄnyway, outside that, I'm so happy with my purchase and the quick response time from customer service. I was told that there was something wrong with my hinges, but I've been sent two separate sets in addition to the one that came with it, and they also do not do the job. I've also emailed customer service about this, as the table 1 piece does not stay in the 'up' position - it always drops down. That would have helped to keep me more organized.ДЄnother issue I had was one of my instruction sheets was printed incorrectly, whoever I was communicating with sent me the proper one and just told me to follow it backward - however I still believe that there is actually something wrong with my table piece. Ideally I would have liked ALL the instructions in one book, stapled together, available outside of the bundles. The pages are not numbered in a way that you can figure out which bundle you are looking at (ie: they just have the page number on the bottom, but not referencing which bundle, so if you mix up a few s, you aren't sure which bundle it came from). I started with a different bundle because it was at the top of the pile and it referenced another piece from a different bundle that had to be built first. There was no 'main instruction sheet' at least advising you to start with Bundle #1. However, I found the installation a bit of a nightmare. I am a cross stitcher and I bought this in the hopes it could be a one stop shop for ALL my cross stitch supplies. Comes with easy-to-follow written and picture instructions. It takes 4 to 8 hours to build with two people, depending on experience.
